Terms of use
The agreement between you and Devyer Ventures GmbH when you use Aerosphere. Version of 18th October 2026.
1. Who runs the service
Aerosphere is run by Devyer Ventures GmbH, registered under HRB 249111 at Amtsgericht München ("we"). The imprint has every detail.
2. What Aerosphere is
A professional network for one industry at a time. Members make a profile, follow people, companies and topics, post, comment and write to each other. Companies list themselves and post jobs, events and training. Using Aerosphere is free for members.
You must be 18 or older and use Aerosphere for your work. You register with your own email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at hello@aerosphere.pro if somebody else may be using your account.
3. What you may post
You are responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, anything that harasses or threatens a person, spam, or somebody else's private information or work without their permission. Each industry's rules say it in 1 screen.
These limits stop abuse, and we refuse the action that goes past one:
What you post stays yours. You give us the right, free of charge and not exclusively, to store it and show it to the members who may see it, for as long as it is on Aerosphere. The right ends when you delete it or your account.
4. Reports, decisions and appeals
Members report a post, a comment, a profile, a message, a company listing, an event or a job with the Report button. Anybody else can report illegal content by email to hello@aerosphere.pro, with the address of the content and why it is illegal. A person, not a machine, reads every report and decides. We may hide the content, warn its author, suspend the account, or take no action.
Whoever reported hears the outcome. The member concerned gets a statement of reasons: what we decided, why, and on what ground. Either of you may ask once for a second look, from your reports page or by answering that email, and we look at the case again.
We suspend an account that posts illegal content or breaks the rules again and again, after a warning unless the case is serious. You may also go to a court at any time.
How your feed is ordered: the posts of the people, companies and topics you follow, newest first, mixed with news, events, jobs and new companies from the topics you chose. A post someone commented on in the last day moves up. While you follow few people, the posts members marked most fill the gap. When the people, companies and topics you follow fill less than a page, the feed reaches back 120 days, then adds other members' recent posts marked "New in" and the topic, and it may show a post many members marked, commented on or saved in a topic you don't follow, marked "Popular in" and the topic, at most 1 card in 8. You change what your feed shows by what you follow: the Follow button on a person, a company or a topic adds it, and pressing it again removes it. At most 1 card in 8 is sponsored: it says Sponsored and names the company that paid, and it is chosen by the topics you follow, never by anything else about you.
5. Companies
A company listing is run by the people who proved an address on the company's own domain. Posting is free while Aerosphere launches. Paid features, when they come, have their own terms, and you see the price before you pay.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We can end an account with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. The privacy notice says what deletion removes, and when.
7. Availability and liability
We keep Aerosphere in working order as the law requires. Maintenance and faults can interrupt it for short periods; we fix a fault as fast as we can.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only when we breach a duty that the agreement depends on, and then only for the damage that was foreseeable when you registered. These limits don't apply where the law forbids them.
8. Changes to these terms
We change these terms only for a valid reason: a change in the law or a court decision, a new or changed feature, or security. A change never upsets the balance between what you get and what you give. We tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, with the new text. If you don't agree, you can end the agreement free of charge at any time before then, by deleting your account.
9. Law and contact
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the protection that the law of the country you live in gives you stays in force. If you are a merchant, the courts at our registered office decide disputes.
Our point of contact for members and for authorities under the Digital Services Act is hello@aerosphere.pro. Write to us in English or German.
Changes: 18th October 2026: section 4 says how the feed widens when you follow little (the "New in" and "Popular in" cards, since 11th October 2026) and how you change it. Nothing in what you or we must do changed.
